AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Took my mother and sister there before seeing A Christmas Carol at the Palace Theatre Saturday night. We had reservations and got there a few minutes early and were seated immediately by a very welcoming host. Our waitress was a lovely young woman named Eliza. She was extremely warm and friendly. The place was packed but she never seemed overwhelmed and didn’t rush us thru our meal. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The cozy holiday atmosphere was just perfect! I cannot say one negative thing about our experience. Looking forward to going back soon!!!

We always have a good time when we go to Firefly! I highly recommend getting reservations. The service is spectacular! I recommend the beef stroganoff, it's one of my favorites. There are so many great appetizers, cocktails and desserts, also! Niko is a bartending genie and whips up amazing drinks. It gets busy during meal times, so make sure that you make your reservation at least a few days in advance because time slots will fill in. We usually go around 7pm and the servers are always fresh faced and super nice (shout outs to Dani and Holly).

Went for brunch and it was very good. Had the blueberry pancakes and a mimosa. It was nice and relaxing

It was our anniversary stated in our reservation and you brought us to the tiny circle table by the emergency exit. That was just ridiculous. Like come on. Our waitress literally saved you guys because we were ready to walk out.

Came for a birthday dinner! Food was fantastic; loved the go-go bread and salads! Was a bit disappointed with where we were sat (right by the emergency exit, so we were a bit disappointed when there were open booths while we dined) but Kristen was an amazing server! The seasonal cocktail was awesome.
