Fishbone is a delightful gem for seafood lovers and truly stands out as a must-visit spot for dining in town. The menu boasts an impressive selection of dishes, with the highlight being their market fish options—something you won’t find elsewhere locally. It’s clear they prioritize freshness and quality, and the flavors truly speak for themselves. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were happy to make recommendations and ensure our experience was enjoyable. While the wine selection isn’t extensive, it’s well-curated, offering a decent range of options to complement the menu. The only slight drawback is the restaurant’s location, which feels a bit out of the way or less central than ideal. However, once you’re inside, the ambiance and culinary offerings quickly make up for any hesitation about the setting. If you’re looking for a great seafood experience with excellent service, Fishbone is the place to go. It’s a true local standout!

New Year's Eve dinner was prix fixe and phenomenal, albeit a tad expensive, starting with amuses of tuna tartar in crispy sesame cones topped with bursting tobiko, their wonderful homemade focaccia 'n butter, then choice of steak tartar, caesarlike salad, or branzino ceviche for apps, and duck, steak, halibut, or lobster risotto for entrees, everything was perfect including service which as usual was stellar, supernal, and capped off with complimentary refreshing muscadet to finish. The tartars and the duck were absolutely unforgettable like the cost, and surely Michelin-worthy in an equitable world where stars are not just the blessings given to downtown TO restos... Happy New Year!

Great food, skillfully prepared, artfully presented. The wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions you may have. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, with contemporary decor. Dining here will not disappoint you.

I took my husband to Fishbone for his birthday. Our server Charlie was amazing! Everything he suggested was delicious and he made us feel very special. If you haven’t been to Fishbone I highly recommend you try it!
