Flava's Restaurant and Lounge is a Jamaican and American establishment that highlights the authentic cuisines of the vibrant islands of the Caribbean. Our establishment is a bi-level venue consisting of a casual dining restaurant on the main level and an upscale lounge on the second level. We aim to induce the "flava experience" through our traditional Caribbean meals, exotic music, and our back home hospitality. Our signature artisan cocktails are crafted from the heritage of Caribbean and American mixology. I made a reservation for Sunday July 30th, 2023 at 2:15, when I get there the Restaurant was close by the way when I was making the reservation they show me spots starting at 2pm. Bad experience I waste my time.

Went on Tuesday for their $2 Tuesday special and arrived @ 5pm. Maybe 5 mins after we were seated, we received service and placed our food, drink and hookah order all at once. The drink came out within a 5min time frame, 5 of us ordered a pitcher which was actually a Patron bottle 750ml in size for $25, served 5 cups exactly (not worth the price) but the drink was good. The food (majority tacos) took a little while to come out and were loaded with more cabbage than meat reminded me of a Chinese egg roll. The hookah attendant walked by us 3 times before we reminded the server of our request and still waited an additional 20mins for one. They had two bathrooms downstairs, one was locked the whole time and the other didn't lock and had no working light. They just seemed under staffed this day because the music, and vibes and drinks were actually good. But once we placed a 2nd drink order we waited almost 15mins to receive cups no pitcher, and once we were ready to leave we realized the hookah gurl never returned our change and had to wait again. But I'll go back on another day because like I said the music, vibes and drinks were good.

Food was great . waiter gave us attitude and wasn’t professional. The waiter choose to have an attitude and question my decisions in ordering.

The service was exceptional. My waiter made sure throughout I didn't need for anything and my food was great. I also put in description celebrating a birthday and I received a free glass of champagne which I didn't expect (Thank you) and my waiter made sure to let us know about weekly specials, I'll be back for sure. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We had our 2023 New Year’s Eve dinner here. The staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Loved the vegan menu, plenty of delicious options.

The drinks we're great a little sweet but good the customer service could have been a little bit better the music was definitely a vibe the wait was kinda long to order food and drinks I ordered the oxtail dinner sadly I was very very disappointed with the portion of the oxtails five pieces of oxtails for $22 I've been to several Caribbean restaurants and payed about the same and received a reasonable portion size overall the experience was good happy hour prices for drinks was on point I would definitely be coming back soon

Took my family to this location and it was amazing. The food was good and made fresh to order. My mom couldnt stop raving about the jerk wings. Very comfortable setting with good food. I will recommend
