I went to the pop-up restaurant Giuseppe’s. The service was attentive, and the food was amazing. I had the burrata, which was perfectly pared with sundried tomatoes. The Branzino was one of the best I've had. I love that Flex Mussels continues to bring us such innovative options.

We attended the Giuseppe pop up and it was incredible! From the service (Taylor was awesome!) to the menu options and the ability to add a meatball to any dish - um yes please! Everything was just perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. Will definitely be back, not only for this pop up but for any Flex has in the future!

Fun pop up restaurant with lively atmosphere, friendly service and tasty, solid Italian food staples. The tiramisu was particularly delicious.

We ate at the Giussepi’s pop up. It was fair. The menu was very boring. Billed as “Brooklyn Italian” it had a very limited menu. Given the restaurant downstairs, we were surprised that there were no clams Oreganata on the menu (but there was fried calamari, a bar staple that was not part of Brooklyn Italian cuisine). The only veal dish was marsala, and the parm was chicken. Both a disappointment and would be better reversed. The branzino was excellent. The cocktails had nothing to do with Brooklyn Italian unless you meant a nightclub rather than a restaurant. Food was fine, nothing special, and very expensive for what it was.

Love the Happy Hour $25 mussels/frites! Great value, and delicious plump mussels, as always. Also had the Boston Lettuce salad which was fresh, light and also delicious. Have to go back more often!

Cobb salad fresh and full of components. but not very tasty due to bland dressing...the opposite is true for mussels: both Thai and Classic were wonderful. Deviled eggs are a good offset to inventI've cocktails and classic wine choices

We hadn’t been to Flex in a long time. Never at this new location. We were very disappointed. The portion of mussels was small and not as tasty as it used to be. My husband had soup he felt was short on clams. But the worst part was the smallest cocktail I have ever seen and the charge was $21.00. Of course I understand that the bar makes money for any restaurant but this was a shocking price. On the other hand the staff was very nice and accommodating. I want to make sure the restaurant owners know that.
