We really looked forward to the Carnival Bar Fogo event. I initially reserved for 4 for the Carnival event but had to switch to 2 and when we arrived, the hostess seated us in the regular service area because "the reservation didn't reflect the Carnival event reservation". They got us seated at the last available table in the Carnival service area. The servers seemed overwhelmed and the event had barely started at 6:30p. The drink service was slow. They didn't serve us the complete menu which was highly disappointing. I'm guessing they ran out because some tables got items that we did not receive, like the sliders and other items. Emersynn was a great waitress though.

First disappointing Fogo experience. Every cut was overdone and very dry. I also didn’t feel the quality of the meat was up to the usual standards either. Not sure if it was just a bad day or a trend. Have eaten at various Fogo restaurants around US and this was first time I left underwhelmed. Service was fine; nothing horrible but not up to usual standards. With so many good steakhouses available, Fogo needs to be careful to not allow quality to slide.

I had an amazing time here once seated. Fabulous food, great drinks. Had to wait a while to be seated despite booking. It was a little awkward to wait around because we were crammed with a bunch of other people by the rest room. I would still go again but maybe not a Saturday.

Was our first time eating, thankfully used open table to reserve a table in advance, beautiful upscale atmosphere, noise level was a bit much but understood due to how packed it was, food was excellent everything tasted amazing. We did the churasco experience and were blown away by the quality of the food, the sides, and the way it was presented and served were all top tier. Definitely worth the value of it for the amount of food you receive and the quality of the food. Will definitely be coming back for another special occasion.

Salad bar and sides are okay. Meat cuts are great especially bottom skirt steak. Yellow bird was delicious. Our table felt like it was in an awkward spot in between other tables. We got bumped often by other parties moving in and out for salad bar. Felt very tight.
