We were only checked on 1 time during our entire visit. We never got any drink refills nor did any of the complimentary appetizers get refilled even after we asked for more. It was not busy either.

I would have like to see more fruits on the market bar but overall it is awesome. Our service was pretty good but would have been nice to continually have drinks refreshed since we were just having water. I’d go back as it’s an amazing experience!

The serice was nice, except it is very unclear who our waiter was. We ordered drinks at the bar and nobody offered us a second at the table. We were seated at the first table by the host stand and the noise level was so loud we could not carry on a conversation. It was also very drafty. The platforms hanging from the ceiling were covered in dust. The food was good, but I'm not sure that it justified $70 per person. We have had better experiences in the past, so it may have been an off night.

We had reservations and we only had to wait a few minutes, which was good. The waitstaff was fine, but not at the level they should have been for the price of the meal. I had to wait on drink refills, etc. The food just wasn’t that good. The salad bar was nice, but the meat was grissly and not well seasoned. Several times we had to sit and wait with an empty plate for more meat to come around. It was OKAY but not for $63 a person. For the same money, just go to Ruth’s Chris or St Elmo and get a steak. That’s what we should have done.

This was the first time there were long lulls between when the meat was brought. We waited over 10 minutes between meats.
