Server punched out and went home halfway through our dinner and didn’t tell anybody. We were waiting for somebody to attend to us for 30 minutes. I’ve always loved going to fogo de chao but this was the first time I had a problem with service

Great birthday celebration for my dad. Party of 10, service was excellent, everyone was so attentive and friendly. Thx to Jenny for helping organize our group dinner. Excellent!

It was very busy due to Valentine’s Day, which is understandable but the service was definitely lacking. I had to have my drink remade several times with a 15 wait in between each, the last time I didn’t even receive it. We also were not offered every cut of meat despite paying for the experience.

Came here on Valentine's Day and to say they were overbooked would be a gross understatement. Everyone was packed like sardines in a confined area waiting to be seated creating an extremely claustrophobic situation. The service was not good at all, we received our 2 sodas when we were just about finished with the entire meal. The staff seemed overwhelmed which created overall negative attitudes. The food was outrageously overpriced and the same 4 or 5 meats were repeated 2 or 3 times before receiving any new cuts. There needs to be a more organized system to ensure the patrons receive all of the different meats they are paying for.

I’m sure it was only due to it being Valentine’s Day, but there was 0 parking available. I called to let the staff know we were parking and they asked that one of us come inside because it was quite packed in the restaurant as well. Upon checking in, even with a reservation, we were told they weren’t sure how long the wait would be. We stood in a pool of people by the front door. By the time we were seated we were right next to the front door and had to listen to the hostess screech the names of parties waiting to be seated all night. Would return on a normal day, but never again for a holiday.

I went for Valentin’s Day. Overall, the food was great. My only issue was that I was almost done with dinner by the time my cocktail and the side of potatoes and plantains they provide arrived at our table.

This was my fourth time coming to Fogo de Chao ( Carle Place, NY ) and my girlfriend’s first time and it was AWESOME!!!! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful yet very festive!! We elected to do the full Churrasco experience and they didn’t disappoint!!!! The food was excellent!! The drinks were superb!! The waiters were professional and attentive!! Especially our server Sebastian was top notch!!! The evening was a total success!! We’ll be back for sure !!!

We had a very nice first time experience a table of four. Everyone was wonderfully nice service was excellent especially loved the salad bar charcuterie style plant to come back with family.
