I brought my husband and my kids to Fogo De Chou for my husband’s birthday last night. Our reservation was at 7:45pm. When I got there the hostess said “thanks for checking in. As you can see we are very crowded. I’ll let you know when we have seating”. This is obviously the antithesis of a reservation. I should have left..except it was already so late for dinner. Instead I raised my voice and demanded to speak with a manager..which took me out of the mood of celebration and into the mood of anger. This restaurant killed the entire celebratory vibe. It should not be trusted with anyone’s special days. If they want to run a cafeteria, charge cafeteria prices and make it first time first serve. But please do it charge $100/person, accept reservations and behave like a cafeteria. It was the absolute worst..

The server was phenomenal but the bar was extremely backed up so drinks were taking 30-45mins.

We recently went to dine here for my husband's birthday dinner. The hostess was very friendly and polite. Mariah, our waitress, was very knowledgable of the menu and gave us wonderful and honest opinions of the items on the menu. With 4 adults and 4 children on the table, we felt like it was a little snug, especially when the servers with the skewered meat had to make their way to carve our meat. I've been to other Fogo de Chao locations in the past as well as other similar type restaurants and they all seem to want to have as many seatings available so they're all pretty close together. That's not too much of a problem for me but could be for others. The Churrasco Experience was good. The chicken was dry. Ribeye was the table's favorite with bacon wrapped meats being second. The Chilean Seabass was delicious if you prefer a seafood item. I ordered the Chilled Lobster & Shrimp and asked it to be sauteed with butter and garlic as that was an option but it was served to me pretty cold. Do not get it served hot as it just made the shrimp chewy. The Market Bar & Feijoada Bar were just meh. There were no seasonal fruits. They had kiwi, pineapple, starfruit, and I don't remember what else. The vegetable selection was also just meh. Would I go again? I'll probably go for lunch but not anytime soon.

Seated right away for a late lunch at 3:45. Restaurant was not busy. Waiter was attentive. Didn’t have all the meat offered as there was only one server. But they did bring out ribs as requested.

Service wasn’t good at all today. Inattentive and meets never came. Water and drinks never came. Cheque took too long to come. Everything had to be repeated to the wait staff and they didn’t bother. Some guests just got up to get their own water.

Great experience. Was good with large party and kids. Kids under 6 are free. Good choice on meats and salads.

My family had a great brunch celebrating my birthday today. We reserved 11 people at 12:30 pm. The food are great and our server Saul and Javier are awesome. They made sure to check on us constantly. They made sure that we have everything that we needed on our table to make our celebration more special and enjoyable. We are regulars in this place and this is just one of the reason that’s why we keeps on coming back.
