The only FDC that I've been to that prepared all of their meats at Med to Med Well. Staff were great but the food was not worth the investment.

A young man (meat server) named Jaylyn was the single reason I didn’t give one star. If I owned this restaurant, I’d give him a raise and a promotion for his initiative. Pleasant and authentic. Waited for more than half an hour for the meat I went there for - a ribeye. After asking no fewer than five staff, he was the only one who cared. Five stars to Jaylyn. He belongs in a better restaurant. What. A. Chain. And coming to Cypress area soon. Eh.

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. We just meet are two friends for a dinner for 4. There was quite a few large holiday Christmas parties and the noise level was pretty compared to our 1st visit. So note to self next time it will be in off holiday dinner. Lol The food (there meats) weren’t as amazing as 1st visit. Not sure why. But all in all a good meal but for a hefty price.

I really enjoyed the experience. Zoe and Ian have a strong command of the menu and the mixology that goes on there is next level.

Waiter was excellent - wish I remembered his name. White, 20s or 30s, fluffy strawberry blond hair with a beard. Food was decent, service was excellent.

Service was outstanding and the food quality very good. Some reviews complain about the meats being on the medium to well done side, but if you ask for a medium rare cut they will find the way to make it happen. Also, the Restaurant Manager (Van) is really hands on and makes sure her customers leave happy!

Excellent service and delicious food. Bar was backed up and the wait for beverages was a while. Bright lighting, lacks ambiance, prefer the FOGO on Westheimer in the City. This location is gorgeous just very bright for an evening dinner.
