   Our server was very good. The strawberry drink I ordered was 90% pulp. The taste was good after I pulled the pulp out with a fork. Salad bar was delicious. Wagu ribeye was tough as nails. My salmon and crab cake were very dry. The sauce for crab was so spicy I couldn’t use it. The only other choice they told me was mayo, which I refused. We definitely won’t be back.

   Service has gone downhill dramatically from a year or two ago. Took a long time to get drinks. We asked for side plates and were told they were coming, then apologized for forgetting and said he’d get them, then still never came. Same 2-3 options of meat on repeat. Paid for the “full” but realized we never got anything other than the “best of Brazil” offering (aka, their cheapest ones). Finally brought lamb chop and filet at the end after we each asked a bunch of times. Salad bar was also thoroughly depleted; some things were refreshed over the course of our dinner, but others were empty and not refreshed. Overall, we come here typically 2-3 times a year for the past few years, and we noticed a slight dropoff the past 2 times, but this one most severe. Yet price remains $63 per person for the full experience. Hoping they get their act together as their salad bar, when actually full and refreshed, is incredible, and the tastes of the meat is still top notch. Biggest pet peeve is having a “full” option for a surcharge but then not bringing any of the premium cuts unless you complain.

   This visit wasn’t worth the money! Meat Service sucked! Not enough meat servers for the amount of customers seated! Took over 20 minutes for one to come to our table! The there was missing items at the buffet table. We was served less then a quarter of the meat menu! We paid to enjoy the meat buffet and never gotten to eat meats like the lamb we paid for! I would not recommend dinner at this restaurant especially during their busy hours.

   We ordered a mix of the full charrasco experience and the full Brazil experience. The cuts of meat and flavor was good. In some cases the pork belly was overly salty. We were seated towards the back and took us a longer to have the premium meats make it to our table. Thankfully Rachel our lead server was fantastic. Even the manager Ronaldo stopped by and greeted us. Overall, I thought the experience was great.

   We had a fun time and the food was very good for our visit. We were here to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday, but he come many times before. The main critique I have is for the ambiance and service. We were seated at a table in the far corner of the restaurant next to mall onlookers. I requested to be moved to another open table, but was told it was reserved for the manager’s family. The service lagged a bit after the rest of our family came. I know the level of busy-ness can’t always be helped, but we felt like we were in a crowded cafeteria. The food was very good, but we did feel that we were getting the last choice of meat due to being so far away. Some of the pieces were very undercooked. Most were very good. Overall, I was a bit disappointed at my husband’s treatment for his milestone birthday as we had visited before multiple times and had a much better experience.

   Great restaurant, love the salad bar . Wonderful meat choices right to your table. My one piece of advice is to arrive here before 7:15. It my opinion, the grilled Pales meats start slowing down after 8:15 through 8:30. Our first time here we arrived at 7:45 and it was somewhat of a disaster. We ended up with only a few cuts of meat and it was cold. Second time we get there early it was wonderful.
