   We went to FdC to celebrate a birthday. The food was awesome and the salad bar truly is a reason alone to visit a Brazilian steakhouse! We didn't review the entire menu as we wanted the churrasco experience, so I can't comment on most of the menu. All of the meats were well seasoned and prepared. The wine menu offered a few nice surprises (I ordered a Brazilian red blend that went perfectly with my food) but most of the wines should be recognizable to Texans. The waitstaff was attentive and enthusiastic. The meat servers (passadores / gauchos) didn't really pay attention to our markers to determine if we wanted more or if we were taking a break. We were relatively close to the kitchen, so pretty much every passadore stopped at our table. The desserts were standard fare (key lime pie, Creme brulee, chocolate molten cake, etc) but they were well executed. The table was a bit small for 4 people with all of the food that was coming to us, and the chairs were challenging for us as they were enclosed and on the small side. If you bring a purse, you'll have to keep it in your lap or on the floor. All-in-all it was a lovely evening with good friends and good food. 4 people with the churrasco experience, alcohol, and dessert came to around $500.

   The meat was either over cooked or under cooked. Best time we will plan to go a little later to not have the left over lunch meat and get the fresh dinner meats.

   Slow server, took forever to get refills on drinks. One of the kitchen helpers adding to the buffet rudely told my husband to “go around” her when he was getting food. Lamb chops were over cooked. Other meats were cooked nicely. My sons were satisfied with their meal. I got the crab cake as an added item and could not eat it, it tasted sour. I don’t think we will return. Other churrasco’s out there do it better

   I attribute the lackluster service to it being a week night and this location is relatively new. But overall we had an enjoyable evening celebrating my son's graduation.

   I really enjoyed taking my mother and brothers here for Mother’s Day 10/10 loved how everyone was so energetic not only the workers but the families there everyone should really go to this location

   This is always a great place to eat. I would make a suggestion about the omelet and waffle station, though. The waffles are amazing, but it can take 20 minutes or more to get two mini waffles. One of the reasons I came for brunch was specifically for these two items. I stood in line longer than I sat down to eat. I really felt bad for the person making these items because she was obviously overwhelmed. It may be worth it to invest in another waffle maker or another person so you're able to make more than four mini waffles every 2-3 minutes. Other than that, it's a great place to eat.

   Despite having a reservation, we were left standing awkwardly at the entrance for over 30 minutes, watching the staff scramble like it was their first day. The seating situation was chaotic. However, our dedicated server more than made up for it with her attentiveness. The quality of the food was what I’ve come to expect at any Fogo de Chao- very good.

    We had a reservation and were seated promptly, but the service after that was not great. We chose the Full Churrasco option for all guests. We visited the salad and sat down ready to have the passed meat selections. We finished everything on our plate before the first person stopped to offer us meat. We had numerous servers pass us by with their skewers and didn't offer us any. After the first server gave us picanha, we thought that more would stop by. We each at our one piece of meat and then sat there for 15 minutes before telling our waiter (who had not been seen) that we hadn't been offered any other of the selections. We finally got them to start offering us some. We were almost done eating by the time we were served the potatos and other sides. The meat was okay -- kinda tough and lacked flavor. We have dined at the other Fogo locations and this one needs help. Its a new location, so we'll give it another try -- hope its better next time.
