I feel sorry for those trying this place for the first time, expecting a high-end, classy dining experience. This place simply doesn't deliver. The meats were tough and flavorless. After a 30-minute wait, I was told my entire bottle of wine was out of stock. While the salad bar was decent, the bread was cold, and the meats were overcooked, gray, and flavorless. The lamb, especially, had an extremely gamey taste. One gaucho came to my table five times, repeatedly offering the same meat I had declined four times. Another gaucho kept calling the 'bottom sirloin' a 'fajita,' a comparison that's simply unacceptable at a high-quality Brazilian steakhouse. To top it off, one gaucho accidentally dropped two pieces of meat on my wife's lap. Having dined at numerous Brazilian steakhouses across the country, I can confidently say this was the worst experience.

Great brunch experience. Did not find the omelet station, and did not try the waffle. Meats were delicious especially the Lamb chop and Pichania. The stars of the show were the staff, in good spirits, attentive, welcoming Shout out to Michael, Alexis and Bronte

PTo be honest I was giving this restaurant the opportunity, I have been several times and unfortunately I think this will be my last time, the service in general is not so bad, but when you know meat cuts and you realize that they give so many turns and they always bring you the same disappointment, because you are paying for a variety that you do not see and the truth is always boring the same I also think that the salad bar could have a better selection.

It took a while before our waiter came to our table. But once we got started, we really enjoyed the drinks, the wide assortments of meats, and the salad bar. We were fortunate to see one of our favorite FdC people, Avery. He is always super polite, professional, and friendly. I DO wish FdC would get some real Martini glasses at their bar. The funny, little, flat champagne glasses are not really appropriate for a Martini. But nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The lamb chops, pork belly, beef ribs, and ribeye were all flavored wonderfully, and served piping hot. We loved seeing the FdC Christmas tree in the lobby, as well as the huge Christmas tree outside in the courtyard. This is the best time of year to enjoy the FdC experience,

The service at Fogo is usually top notch, but for this particular visit they were on top of things 110%!!! The meats were perfectly cooked and they knew to keep bringing us our favorites more often.

Food quality had gone down so much. It’s even worse than the Westheimer location. The cheese balls were burned and the Pichana was hard and cold. There are definitely better options out there. Totally disappointed.

We've been going to Fogo for more than 20 years, mostly to the Houston/Westheimer location. This was our third attempt at Baybrook/Friendswood (the first 2 were weak as well). We won't be going back there.

FdC was wonderful. We arrived early and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. Eden is a wonderful bartender, and made great Cosmos and Caramelized Pineapple Old-Fashions. All of the meat cuts were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the ribeye, lamb chops, and pork belly. We were blessed to be greeted by Alexis, Demetrius, and Avery during our dining experience. These are some of the hardest-working people at FdC. For an elegant evening surrounded by great FdC people and fantastic food, you will not find a better place for dining.
