Great experience we had Christmas dinner and New years day dinner with them and loved both events. staff friendly and work hard to ensure that your meal is perfect as well as educating about the food you are eating. We will be back!

DISASTER FROM THE START! We had three waiters run physically run into us as the hostess brought us to our table. The carver dropped meat into my husbands martini along with a large piece of meat, and proceeded to leave. They splashed my husbands shirt and left a mess. &We had to ask the server to pick up the meat as it laid in the floor next to us. Appetizer showed up an hour after ordering and when we asked to return they told us the Bone Marrow wasn’t rich (not true) all of the food at the Buffett was under cooked, soggy, and plain disgusting. Meat was grissly, fatty and not good. Overall a terrible experience, not worth the money. We left hungry and mad we spent the money!

Most of our party did the full churrasco experience. The salad bar was delicious and had a lot of variety. We were a bit surprised at the repeated cuts of meat coming by and had to ask for anything aside from chicken and a couple of the lesser beef cuts. The menu states the experience comes with a variety of side dishes, but an hour into our meal, we inquired with a staff member and they said they were out of everything except the cheese bread. Our server was minimally seen, and chatted with coworkers rather than run our checks. Drinks (mainly glasses of wine) took quite a long time to receive and by the time we were asked if we’d like more, we’d been there 90 minutes. Overall, the food was good, but we’ll be going to the downtown Seattle location or alternative Brazilian steakhouses in the future.

Terrible service. Initially sat down with a sharp knife set out for our toddler where his highchair was at. Our server was MIA and must have left mid-dinner and was not replaced with somebody else so nobody visited our table minus the gauchos throughout dinner. We ran out of water and had no refills. Had to flag somebody down to get our bill. One of the gauchos was friendly and engaged with our kids but overall a bad experience. I also heard other tables having to ask for their servers as well. Additionally, there were a number of fruit flies flying around the salad bar area and around our table and my water glass I was given had grease/butter in it but no server to flag down so I ended up just drinking out of the water bottle. Would not go back to this location based on this experience.

We only went to Fogo de Chao because we'd been given $100 gift card. It's probably great if you like to eat a lot since it's essentially all you can eat for $67.50. The lamb chops were great, but the other meats were generally chewy without much flavor. There was no salt or pepper on the table. (Fortunately, my wife always has a tin of Jacobson Black Garlic sea salt in her purse.) The bacon-wrapped chicken was good. The salad bar had a good variety but I don't like the self-service concept, even if we are no longer in a pandemic. It was a Saturday night, so the place was packed, with lots of children and loud music, so very noisy. We ate in the bar area, awkwardly sitting on couches that were too low, even sitting on the pillows which were probably intended for behind your back. Our primary server was excellent and all the servers were friendly and competent. Parking was surprisingly difficult - worse than Costco on a Saturday afternoon. I'm sure some people would love the energy and all that meat, just not us.

This location was severely below average. I’ve dined at Fogo before and they’re not always Top notch, this location was incredibly awful. The first indication was the salad bar. As you walked through the bar, its proximity to the kitchen is so close you can smell the foul odors coming from the kitchen. That was the first sign that things were going badly. The food options on the bar were terrible , low quality, and minimal options. Last but not least, the waiter was told we wanted the food cooked well. The meats were furiously rushed and served, no seasoning and bland. They were dripping with blood and you can tell they weren’t fresh meats low quality and the cooks were just sticking meats on sticks as the servers just ran them out to the floor forcing people to just eat it. No pride no shame and never going to Fogo ever again. We noticed the waiter just didn’t care to deal with our request and didn’t bother. We left as quickly as we arrived and the customers around us noticed we were not happy.

Service and food was great! We were there on Christmas so it was very busy. We unfortunately had a table very close to the host area so there was a constant flow of people walking by. It’s a very open restaurant with music playing so not quiet. If you are looking for a more intimate quiet setting I wouldn’t recommend it.

The variety of dishes offered is amazing. We did not find anything we didn't like. Several options exist on how much food you actually want. We chose the single entree option and it still gives you access to a huge variety of vegetables and side dishes. The wait staff is extremely attentive, patience, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back. Since the place was full it was a bit noisy but you could still have a conversation and hear the background music.
