Unsanitary plates and forks. Carpet and chairs had food all over. Poor service. Was not a good experience at all. Server never came back to ask if we wanted another drink or another side. Had to ask another server to order dessert because our server disappeared. I felt rushed… I don’t know if it’s because it was a holiday or close to closing but I would not come back to this place again. Other tables were complaining about the service as well.

It was our first year without my Pops being here as he passed away. We needed a place to celebrate Christmas dinner, so Fogo de Chao was a place that was open. Our waiter saw my mother crying and she told him about the passing of my father. The waiter treated the table with a cheesecake. It's little moments like that are appreciated. Thanks for the love and great food.

$71 for Rodizio all they served was chicken, pork and came by 1 time with picana. Then they sent ribeye that was only the end of the bone with more fat than meat. Server never checked our water glasses or refilled our drinks. Told them about a birthday and nothing was served. Defiantly skip the $71 because you only get filled up on the salad bar and cheesy rolls. I would get whole steaks from the menu and sides next time. I never write reviews but for 6 adult and 2 kids $800 for what??

When we ordered our drinks, they all came out separately approximately 10 to 15 minutes apart. The noise level was very high in the restaurant, even though we were sitting at a round table. It was difficult to hear the person next to you.

I tried the churrasco experience and they ignored me with the cuts, they didn't offer me anything until I made a complaint with the manager
