I had a reservation for 9:00. Showed up at 8:50 and there was a line out the door of people waiting for their 8:00 reservations. Waited in the cold for 30 minutes and decided to go somewhere else. Disappointed

Don’t trust the reservations you make here. Waited 40 min for a table because others reserved the same time too.

had a reservation for 8:45 and was not seated until 9:30 they did not seem to really care about the reservations as they were just seating people randomly even though we were told to wait in line after stating we had a reservation this was something we booked weeks in advanced so waiting nearly an hour was unfortunate food was great

We had a a reservation for Valentine’s Day and when we show up there was a huge line just to check in. I’m not sure what the point of making a reservation was if we still had to wait in line with everyone else

They should be better organized on busy days. The check in was too chaotic. After the chaos everything else was good.

We had a reservation at 8 pm on Feb 14th and when we got there, about 30 people were in front of us waiting to get seated! We waited for half an hour and realized it was a waste of time to wait any longer.

We arrived for our reservation and found a line of people who had reservations put the door who had been waiting per an hour past their reservation time. Terrible lanning!

I was very impressed with how well the staff handled the Valentine’s Day crowd. Despite the high volume of guests, they remained calm, organized, and efficient in getting people seated. While it seemed like the restaurant may have been slightly overbooked—possibly due to a syncing issue between the OpenTable app and the website—the team managed the situation well. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent, and both the servers and meat handlers provided great service. Even during such a busy time, everything ran smoothly, making for an enjoyable evening. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

They massively overbooked the number of reservations they could take. I waited in line for over an hour for my 645 reservation. The experience once we had a table was great but chaotic. I won’t be booking Fogo de Chão again for a holiday.
