Owned by Chef Allen Hess, FORC brings farm to table in the heart of Waimea. FORC showcases a farm to table aspect by bringing fresh harvests from Farmers, the Ocean and Ranchers. By changing our menu seasonally, we are able to get creative with what Hawai’i has to offer us. Local style brunch items like our FORC signature sandwich, brown butter banana pancakes and our housemade bacon. Hearty seasonal dinner dishes like our Big Island grass fed beef, whole roasted fish, and Chef’s Hawaiian Meal. There are vegetarian, paleo and gluten free options too. Indulge more with special menus like happy hour and holiday menus. Sip on our award winning cocktails or sit down and soak in the best dining atmosphere.

                                          We felt lucky to enjoy the Big Islands "fresh from the garden" flavors in our beet and house salads and tangy dressing. Chef Allen's homemade spam and boar sausages were smooth and mouth-watering good. Forc's atmosphere is inspiring, but relaxing, allowing time to savor the flavors. The wait staff were graceful and friendly. I wish I could eat the macadamia tort and ice cream everyday. Thank you Forc!

                                          Dined at FORC with a group of friends had a wonderful time. Food and service were excellent. I had a salad with a roasted pineapple dressing it was so delicious and the roasted beets are the best I have ever had and I am not a beet fan. The preparations of the dishes here are so unique. I love dining here

                                          This was The Best Meal We’ve had in Hawaii in the 15 years that we have lived here. It was amazing. The Short Rib Lettuce Cups, Goat Tacos and Coffee Rubbed Ribeye were our Favorite!

                                          We really enjoyed our experience & food: lamb two-ways, chef's choice, beet salad, their famous bacon (coincidentally in the shape of Kamehameha) & Polynesian bread and goat tacos. Nanea was our server- she did great despite the busy rush.

                                          We came in with no expectations and was blown away by the service, the ambiance, and the food! Our lovely waitress was very attentive and checked on us frequently but not excessively. From the starters and drinks to dinner and our dessert - which I made sure to fit in, all were perfectly portioned. We can't wait to return again for the great hospitality and to try the other dishes!
