A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous! One of my favorite places to eat. Food is great, as is the ambience and service. Only tiny blip tonight was the fact that we had to ask three times before we got a knife. Otherwise a perfect evening.

Great food and service, provided in a casual, relaxed venue. Busy doesn't bother Frankie Bones' staff - they are efficient and attend to every detail. We LOVE dining here!

Service was outstanding!!! Atmosphere was great. Modern restaurant with the Rat Pack theme. Food options are plentiful. There with 4 others. My meal was loaded with mashed potatoes and a tiny bit of veal. The food felt like it was sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. Crusty mashed potatoes etc. Honestly I’d give it another opportunity to earn my business the waitress we had was outstanding.

I would consider myself a regular at Frankie Bones, Bluffton. I’m usually very satisfied with the service and quality of the meal, however tonight I was disappointed with the meal. I ordered chicken Marsala and found it to be tasteless/ bland.

Bartenders were super friendly and great. Dinner service was terrible. Appetizer took forever and was cold. No water or drink refills offered. Food was ok, but dinner sides were cold also. Will not go again.

Brought my Granddaughter and her husband. They loved their meal I asked for sweet potatoes instead of white whipped potatoes and my sweet potatoes never came. Otherwise my chicken Marcella was terrific.

We were very disappointed from drink order to food. Ordered local bourbon drink. Advised that choice was unavailable. Ordered drink with different bourbon, it was awful. After questioning wait staff what bartender would consider comparable to our preferred they found our choice. Appetizers were adequate, main course mashed potatoes were cold and hard. I can honestly say it was very disappointing birthday for me.
