   A Love Letter to Fratelli Paradiso Last night, my wife and I shared one of the most unforgettable dinners of our lives—and it happened at Fratelli Paradiso in Sydney. This wasn’t just a meal. It was a moment—the kind you carefully plan, hoping it lands perfectly. And thanks to the incredible team, it didn’t just land... it soared. Every detail was arranged in advance, and the staff delivered with such warmth and precision it felt like they were part of the story. Here’s what we experienced: • Burrata with tomato to start—fresh, creamy, and flawless • Spaghettini for me—light, elegant, and full of soul • Lasagne for her—rich, comforting, and to die for • A perfect white wine pairing to elevate the meal • And a shared affogato that ended the night on a heavenly note The most unforgettable touch? They brought out a custom cocktail I had secretly arranged ahead of time—a surprise called “You’re My Everything”, a phrase that’s become the quiet heartbeat of our love story these past two months. When they presented it by name, my wife’s face lit up. She turned to me with the sweetest, most mischievous look—like, “You’re gonna be spoiled later.” To top it all off, Enrico Paradiso himself came by our table, shared a laugh with us, and even gave us some incredible local tips for things to do while we’re in Australia. What a cool, gracious guy. That personal touch meant everything. We’ve dined all over the world—from Michelin stars to hidden gems—and I can honestly say: Fratelli Paradiso gets it.    Beautiful food. I had the John Dory and my friend had the steak. Good quality and cooked perfectly. We sat outside and had great service also - very professional. Lovely experience!

   Fratelli lives up to the hype and exceeds expectations. Pasta is some of the best I’ve had in Sydney. The Pappardelle is incredible and keeps us coming back. The wine list is perfect and the service matches. The waitstaff are attentive and deliver an exceptional experience every time. Consistently great food- great spot for a date, couples, or friends - we continue to bring new friends and everyone enjoys the experience. The Bombe Alaska is also one not to be missed. I look forward to my return.

   As always. Outstanding. Wonderful food. Friendly and professional service. very extensive Wine list but a little on the expensive side however that one selected were excellent and worth the money. Look forward to eating at Fratelli Paradiso again in the very near future. Grazie Mille.

    We had a beautiful dinner at Fratelli. The food is wonderfully simple, good Italian cuisine. Our table was right by the window which did make it very draughty as the waiters were constantly running inside and out, with the doors opening letting in a very windy, cold night!
