   I got there after booking a reservation for Mothers day and was told they didnt have my reservation. I had to go find another place on mothers day and I was very disappointed.

   We made a dinner reservation and purchased the Bikini & Beats Experience tickets. The experience was not as described. We did not get a table to eat at and were originally offered a wet chair from the leaking ceiling. There were no 'exclusive cocktails' offered as promised and the menu was reduced in half of the items that were advertised online. Definitely not the upscale party we were expecting. It was disappointing.

   Shortage of staff put a lot of pressure on our waitress. Too many tables, not enough staff. Staff were visibly frustrated. We stayed for 2 hours and had 2 drinks. Probably would have had a lot more but our waitress just couldn't get to us.

   Fabulous service, we were never waiting on anything. Food was delicious, great social hour with half price bottles of wine, and reasonably priced cocktails. Can’t wait to go back

   Our server was nice and prompt to start service. We sat down at 5:38 and she came at 5:40. We didn’t get our drinks until 6:11, which wasn’t our server’s fault. (Only reason I was watching the clock was to see how long we had before happy hour ended) Our server brought water out to us while we waited, but then left the tray of waters on our table while she handed water out to her other table. It was just an interesting thing to do considering there were tons of open tables around us. The two heaters by our table were broken which was weird for such an upscale hotel bar that promotes poolside dining in the winter. There was a party of 20 out by the pool as well and we were told that it might slow the service a bit and that she will try not to forget about us. I thought that was a weird thing to tell your table. And then we were told the reason it took 30 mins for our drinks was because they were doing shift changes and lots of the servers were cashing out and using the computers. Again, an odd thing to say, and simply just not how most restaurants operate. (Usually the people starting for the evening just hop right in while the day shift cashes out etc) The drinks were fine. Very average and definitely not worth paying full price. I booked this for a little relaxing start to the evening of my boyfriend’s birthday, but it was was the exact opposite lol. I wouldn’t recommend going here. You’re better off getting some drinks and staying in the nice hotel room.

   This is the most decadent, satisfying happy hour menu I have ever encountered, anywhere, ever. The meat was all melt in your mouth, the pickles exquisite. Top shelf, all of it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for service is that while my server, a lovely human who made my 89 year old Dad feel at home, others have prompted to write the facility privately. Still highly recommend.
