Executive FMK presents a refined, contemporary American cuisine with a global influence. We offer seasonal presentations with ingredients sourced from regional farms, local markets, and our neighbors from Fulton Market Street.

FMK's Bar Team, delivers one of the West Loop’s most innovative cocktail programs, executed with fresh ingredients and small batch spirits pulled from a carefully curated collection. Together they have developed an impressive spirit list that boasts over 650 bottles with a special focus on hand-selected barrels, limited allocations, and rare vintages.

The Fulton is a nice trendy place with a Street but elegant spirit, we ate well although the menu is not very varied

Waitstaff did their best to deal with the entrees being late to the table. Waiter gave us all a free drink while we waited for our dinner. Short rib dinner was very good. The rest of the entrees at the table I tried were mostly average. One entree (pasta) was lukewarm at best. I have dined here before and had better experiences. It was clear the kitchen crew was understaffed the night we had dinner at Fulton Market Kitchen.

Service won the day as our server was on it. Cocktails were good. Food was just ho hum. Steak was bland and not seared properly. Past was tasty but they were out of the protein. Super loud with non dinner music just blasting. Pricing wasn’t crazy but still not worth it from our groups perspective. Glad we tried it. Won’t go out of our way to come back

This is a fun place to go to dinner with a group. Very creative design and artwork all over the restaurant. The menu is small with only a few choices of main entrees for dinner. But all the good we ordered for a group of 8 was very good, with a large selection of drinks. A great restaurant in the heart of Fulton Market.

Overall, great. But you can't be out of ANYTHING at 7pm on Saturday, especially something as basic as chicken wings. That's your #1 prime time seating, and cheap paper printed menus can be reprinted before service. Otherwise tasty food, great presentations, good drinks, and friendly service.

Food and cocktails are phenomenal. Decor is very weird and manager who greeted us was wildly rude. Despite having a reservation we were told there was not a table to accommodate us. Bartender and food made up for it.

Hostess and wait staff was phenomenal. Back room was way to go! Loved the ambiance. The share food was spot on and soo delicious!

Food was average at best with hard to justify prices. Extremely loud to the point of making it hard to hear across the table. Won’t be going back

The restaurant was beautiful, and the lighting create an intimate and cozy feeling. The food was beautifully presented, the portions were smaller than expected and the service was slow but very kind
