As the wine continues to open and evolve in the glass, its red fruits darken, delivering hints of delicious cherry, black raspberry and cranberry. The wine seamlessly finishes to seductive spices, herbs and sweet tobacco. Aged for 19 months in a proprietary selection of neutral French Oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

Bright, ruby red at the core gradually lightening towards the rim. The bouquet expresses vibrant notes of fresh picked wild strawberry, hibiscus tea, sweet cedar and forest floor. A Pinot Noir of maximum complexity which gains nuance and character the longer it sits in the glass. Alluring bright red fruit, spice and subtle earth tones meld seamlessly together on the palate, transitioning to a lengthy finish. Drinkable upon release this will continue to integrate and develop in the bottle over the next 8-10 years. Drink through 2024.

It soars from the glass with aromas of blackberry, cassis, raspberry coulis, dark chocolate, crushed rocks and cracked pepper. Supremely intense and complex, dark fruit notes meld seamlessly with enticing floral notes of lavender and violet. As the wine glides across the palate its vibrancy and elegance stand-out, as the finish persists for over a minute. Ideal for drinking beginning in 2020, but if patience is not a virtue, then drink now, but be sure to decant this wine for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
