Tucked away in the Courtyard Marriott at the corner of Church and 4th in downtown Nashville; Gannons is a hidden gem. The ambience was lovely. The waitstaff friendly and efficient. Our food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. We had the prime rib which was perfectly cooked to our requested temperature and the portion a very generous cut. The portion of chicken piccata was also delicious and generous. We all had leftovers to take home. For dessert we had the crème brûlée which was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back and will also recommend Gannons to all our friends.

Our server Bennett did a fantastic job making sure we knew all the items available and answered all our questions. Very helpful. Items were brought at the right time so we never felt rushed. Food was excellent as was the desert. We decided to pick three items and share. I highly recommend the cheese cake and the spoon bread which is not on the menu but it is available if you ask. Beignets with chocolate sauce on the side are also good. All the food has a Cajun flair as restaurant chef/owner is from Louisiana. Ambiance is wonderful along with talented musicians adding the overall great vibe of Gannon's. Do park at the garage they specify to get a great discount which is good for 12 hours allowing you to take in the music city happenings after your meal. Great place for a special occasion for 2 or just a fun evening for a group.

This is a true hidden gem but not to the locals! The place is inside a courtyard Marriott born out of an old bank , the atmosphere is very transient into the more elegant past days of architecture whilst keeping a modern day vibe in decor, live music of classics (so refreshing) and the food was really top notch! Prime rib with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes, delicious. Mark was our waiter , he was above and beyond … from the young man at the door greeting us to him boding us a happy farewell, class act all the way , we will be back!

What a gem in Nashville!!! Don’t bother visiting the standard steakhouses, instead block your time here. Sensational food which was only made better by our server Brit (maybe Brett). The desserts like the fried pecan pie were simply devine. Beautiful majestic space is the perfect environment for the perfect meal. Eat here!❤️❤️
