Join us this December at Gaucho, where we’ll be serving up festive dishes and drinks with an Argentinian twist, perfect for corporate celebrations, Christmas parties and family gatherings!

Just a short stroll from Waverley Station and steps from St. Andrew Square, Gaucho Edinburgh is our first restaurant in Scotland, bringing the finest free-range, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef from Argentina to the heart of the city.

Along with big, bold Latin flavours, we offer a premium wine list that complements every dish. Step inside this sleek, modern glass building and you’ll be greeted by stylish interiors, featuring textures and tones inspired by the rich landscapes of Argentina.

                                                                                                                              Food - delicious. Service - fast, friendly and couldn’t fault this. Ambience - would have scored this much higher if we hadn’t felt as though the couples on either side were actually sat on top of us. The couple on one side actually complained loudly and asked to be sat somewhere else but were told this wasn’t possible - this made us feel quite uncomfortable. Tables of four, six and more appeared to have a lot more privacy. Our meal wasn’t cheap so come on Gaucho, lose a couple of covers and let your customers feel a bit less squashed please!

Adhered to dietry guidelines and anytime we’ve eaten in a gaucho restaurant service and food has been fantastic. I wish I could have gave an extra tip to ibra as service for me goes a long way!
