Another magnificent meal. The food was excellent: Gaucho’s steaks leave their rivals trailing in their wake - they are tender and cooked to perfection. The surroundings are atmospheric. I think they also have the friendliest and attentive staff in Newcastle. This customer centric approach extends to the management, who are superb!

The steak was absolutely stunning, only thing which I would really say is the sides are very small for a sharing plate. But the steak I really could not fault it was gorgeous, I’ve been weight 9 months for that and it did not disappoint

We were given the private dining room as it was a celebration. What a fabulous experience we had. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The meat is absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was very good. As it was a Sunday evening, it was rather quiet and there wasn’t a great ambiance. It was also really rather expensive- the cheapest bottles of wine were over £100, which was excessive for the quality of wine. We still had a good evening - rather pricey at about £100 per head for 5, with just one bottle of wine (and 3 cocktails) and no starters - but still good.
