Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.

Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal on a Thursday - we split every dish (as we often do) which included the Mixta salad (so yummy!), and three Tapas: the tortilla de papas (different and great!), the meatballs and champinones (super tasty eaten together). We also had one order of the pan roasted salmon. All the food was prepared so well, and our server very pleasant - my only nit with the evening was that the timing of the salmon to our table was pretty long after our last Tapas had been delivered, in fact so long we were wondering if they had forgotten about it, and so we asked the server if they hadn't fired it yet to just hold off (plus we were already getting full!). But it arrived a couple minutes later - we had a few bites and packaged the rest for a great lunch the next day.

Some entrees, like the halibut, are very good. Others, like the Paella, disappoint. Portions are small and prices are high. Service is pretty good.

Really creative dishes spiced well. The wait person seemed rushed, even though they weren’t busy at all., but gave good service. The ribeye was a really excellent cut of meat, but was not worth $75. Price gouging like this is pretty typical in Boulder especially where they can get away with it. They are on Pearl Street mall though. I’m not sure I would go back in terms of the overall value.

I found the menu very small. Also we should have given the waitress heads up that one member of the party was ordering small plates for his dining experience, while the rest of the party ordered entrees. The entrees were not served together. The food was nice but not really exceptional.

Gemini was absolutely delicious. Some great GF options. Everything was very flavorful. We had 4 tapas, 4 entrees, and some fabulous seasonal cocktails. It was a very fun ambiance and I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful food and service from Sara-Marie! Had the good fortune to meet manager Mike and talk about our mutual experiences in Barcelona. Great team, fantastic food, and nice ambience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Just okay in our opinion. The service was rushed and unpolished, basque cheesecake was majorly over cooked, poorly purged mussels and the general experience was not memorable or anything to write home about.

This restaurant is wonderful. This was a special occasion with an old friend and it was beyond perfect. The food is exceptional.
