    Not a great dining experience, very loud, brought soup out with the entree, soup warm at best. No gluten free menu ( Leilani next door, same owner has one). Five dollar extra charge for gluten free crust. No silverware on table, had to ask for knife and fork to finish cutting the pizza, was brought a spoon and fork. Outer edges of the pizza were burnt.

    Food was Delicious and the atmosphere was so light and inviting. We will definitely be back!

    We were seated 10 minutes late and the only reason we were seated at that time was because they had mistakenly taken us to the wrong table. We enjoyed the arancini and tomato sauce as an appetizer. Our cocktails arrived well after the appetizer had been finished. Don’t know what the problem was at the bar but saw others seated after us getting drinks faster. My drink was to have had a smoked rosemary stem, but the leaves were barely burned so the aroma wasn’t there to enhance the drink. Disappointing. The salmon dish was very good. Nothing amazing. It was a surprise to find an Italian restaurant in this day that doesn’t have a gluten free pasta - but has a gf pizza crust. So I had to order the gf pizza. The crust was ok, the pizza options were mediocre. It was also odd that the menu had a section “Pasta & Risotto” but no risotto dishes were listed. We shared their cheesecake for dessert and it was served frozen. I shared that with our server who said that it’s just really cold because they are made fresh every day. I reiterated that may be the case but it was frozen…we had to wait for it to thaw to eat it. It seemed lost on her so I let it go. We never received the to go box I requested and ultimately decide wasn’t worth the hassle. Learned they just opened which is why I let a number of things go. I got the sense everyone was really trying, but they need to continue to work out the kinks. Overall, I’m not saying I would never go back, but it’ll be hard for me to do it when there are so many other good restaurants in the area.

    Food was absolutely wonderful! Rigatoni with vodka sauce was prepared well and the antipasto salad❤️❤️. A little bread at the table with some olive oil and Parmesan cheese would have been great. Went on a very busy night.

    Excellent tiramisu!! Restaurant has only been open about a week so still some growing pains but nice ambiance.

    Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Giardino. From the service to the food to the cocktails, everything was phenomenal. The flavors were perfection and complemented each other in such a good way. The ambiance in the restaurant was cheerful and bright—definitely will be such a compliment to this beautiful city. Downtown Aurora has needed a concept like this for a long time and Giardino did not miss the mark. The meatballs were so flavorful, the burrata and prosciutto—chefs kiss! We had three pizzas and two different pastas, all of which were so delicious. I am so so happy that this gem is right in downtown Aurora. I can’t wait to come back again!

    The food was delicious, priced very reasonable. The ambience and decor was very simple and elegant. Definitely recommend the Caesar salad. Will definitely come back!
