Designed by acclaimed architect Guido Costantino, a beguiling interior sets the stage for a convivial dining experience that honours traditional Italian fare while showcasing stand-out ingredients.

Original brick and beam frame this warm, welcoming space where no detail is left unconsidered.
Copper, Italian wool and red oxidized steel accents interplay with blonde wood and terrazzo, creating a rich, textured environment.

We’ve been a few times and it just keeps getter better and better! Food was incredible, all the dishes. Sat at the chefs table and it was a great experience

We absolutely LOVED our experience at Giulietta. My fiancé and I went for my birthday and sat at the bar. Everything was beautiful and TJ the bartender was super knowledgeable and so fun! He helped us with cocktail & wine choices and let us know all of his favourite things on the menu. He also went above and beyond when I was floored by the olive oil - he got the bottle from the kitchen so I could take a picture and find it for home! We had the burrata & fired artichoke to start (do not miss the burrata!!), the lobster risotto (one of the best I’ve had) the chestnut ravioli and Giulietta pizza - all fab! Finished off with the Torta Della Nonna. We’ll be back!

I came here last night for my birthday with my husband. It is one of the few times that we have gone out this last year—we have two small kids. We ordered 4 dishes. The first one came out very quickly and was delicious. The second and third followed shortly after. After two hours of sitting we still had not received our 4th dish. The waitress came by twice to say it was “on the way” by two and a half hours it hadn’t arrived. At this point we had to flag the waitress and tell her we had to leave. Both parties sitting beside us-who arrived after us were served and had their meals left around the 1.5 hour mark. Was super disappointing because it was our most anticipated dish. Anyways, the food we did have was delicious but the experience was not.

The food and drinks were outstanding! And the servers were extremely nice. I celebrated my birthday there and they made me feel super special… will repeat soon

Giulietta is a charming slice of Italy in the heart of the city. From the moment you step in, the rustic ambiance and warm lighting set the perfect tone for a cozy, authentic dining experience. The menu is a delightful journey through classic Italian dishes, with every ingredient shining in its simplicity and quality. Regardless what you order, meals are full of rich, deep flavors. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, offering spot-on wine pairings to complement the meal. For dessert, the tiramisu is a must—light, creamy, and the perfect end to a fantastic meal. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner or a special celebration, Giulietta delivers a taste of Italy that feels both refined and homey. Highly recommend, this was our 3rd visit and many more to come!

Had dinner for 4 last night at Giulietta and it was pretty solid overall. Pros: -great service -some delicious dishes: iberico pork, ragu, carne crudo (tartare) -the somm, Devon, is amazing and very friendly Cons: -only seated at 9:30 pm despite a 9:00 pm reso -seemed like a younger, more rambunctious clientele -wine list prices are all over the map (some good stuff like Jamet that’s well priced but other stuff like Vietti Lazzarito that’s absurdly priced) -many dishes didn’t live up to the hype Summary: I would for sure grab a Negroni and a carne crudo at the bar, but I’m not sure I would be running back for a full meal.

This is a busy restaurant, atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, not too formal and it seems to attract the younger crowd. It is buzzing with energy and activity, waiters rushing back and forth and providing excellent service! We did find it a bit noisy overall, but that was more than compensated for by the excellent, amazing food - this is the place to go for top-notch, modern food, traditional but with a gourmet spin! It's the best dinner we've had in months and would gladly go back! Also the portions were very generous, for example the lobster risotto was fully loaded with lobster meet, salads were a generous size compared to other places. If you like watching how the food gets prepared, the kitchen is fully open and you can choose sitting at the chef's bar where you are inches away from the chefs cooking your food. Overall, great experience - thank you Giulietta!
