GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

Enjoy a guaranteed window seat with breathtaking views, feast on a selection of sushi rolls and Japanese hot dishes, including Nobashi Prawn Tempura & Wagyu in Teriyaki Sauce. Then dance away to GŎNG’s resident DJ. Includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon Luminous Champagne for every 2 guests sharing and a welcome drink for each person. A pre-payment of £200 is required. As part of the reservation process, be informed that a member of our dedicated team will be in touch with you shortly to arrange the remaining payment of £758. Allocation time: 21:00 - 02:00.     The food and drinks were fine, but not great. The service was a bit slow. We had a to call the waiter several times since she would seem to forget to check in with us. The best part was the view. We had a nice table by the window.

    Perfect way to end the day celebrating our daughters 18th birthday. Exceptional service which made her feel very special. A chilled vibe, sipping cocktails, and all with an amazing view.
