Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

    The food was amazing. The server was nice, but seemed a little young , unpolished and lacked a certain something for what should be a fine dining experience.

    It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The food was out of this world delicious. The beef Wellington melted like butter and the scallops were divine. My favorite was the truffle risotto I couldn’t stop eating. My wife and I passed out in a food induced coma shortly after arriving home. 10 out of 10.

    excellent food. Excellent service. A little pricey for what you get. The valet parking is expensive and you have to wait forever. Put a damper on the end of an otherwise excellent meal.

    The food was really not that good! Lobster tail size as my middle finger 32us dollar! Omg the food was horrible, Gordon Ramsey omg so embracing that is the guy call him best chef in the world ! At Christmas Day I felt as been robbed! If you decide to go the restaurant pay by yourself my advice is don’t go!

    After having visited HK in Las Vegas we were disappointed with a few things in comparison: the lemon cheesecake was very small and it didn't have the lemon custard or the pitch fork or lemon slice. There is no pork belly option in the menu (it was my favorite in LV) and no pork in Miami really Miami is all about pork! The Mac and cheese pasta shape choice was odd and not as cheesy as the one in LV. The leftovers of the wagu meatballs and Mac and cheese were put in a floppy cardboard box that did not hold the small food weight and the sauce sipped out. The lemon drop and Arnold Palmer's were equally nice and the surf and turf and truffle lobster risotto were good too. Overall a drop from LV so Miami needs to take a page out of the LV site and improve. Hope this feedback helps improve for a future visit.
