The first Gourmet Food Parlour outside of Dublin, sitting just west of Galway city in the bustling townland of Salthill overlooking Galway Bay. Serving up a range of delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, as well as a range of wines and cocktails to top off your visit!

    Food was great and the waiting staff were excellent but the manager who greeted us was very ignorant. We had booked a table for 5, on arrival he wanted to stuff us into a booth for 4 upstairs. We had asked for a table down stairs on booking but he said all downstairs tables were booked....he eventually gave us a table down stairs but when we asked for a chair for the end of the table he said there were no spare chairs. During our 2hr meal the table decide us and another were empty...lovely meal but was soured when he ignored us on leaving....not what we expected in a restaurant we have been too over 20 times.... won't be back.

    Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was OK, the desert was very disappointing. We'd eaten in a Dublin branch and found it way superior. The premises was cold so we had to leave our jackets on while eating. I'm not sure if I'd be enticed back.

    We have eaten in this restaurant many times but Sat night was v disappointing. We had to ask for the drinks menu twice and it took 30 mins until we hot our drink. We didn't have we sat waiting one hour for our mains. My daughter ordered a coke during dinner and it was 30 mins later when this arrived. It is like they forgot about the guests upstairs. The deserts took over 20 mins and although the waitress was very apologies, this was not satisfactory. We were told thst that there was a party of 40 downstairs and our feeling was that this group was priority. We had coats and nobody directed us as to where we could hang our coats so we had to leave them on a random table at the end of the roo. The toilets both men and ladies had tissues on the floor. When you go out fir dinner, you want to enjoy the experience. This was not the case for our family. We noted in the booking that it was a birthday celebration but this was not mentioned to us. Disappointed with service. Not a good experience .

    Really lovely food, fast service and a friendly environment. Food was really well prepared with a good choice of dishes for brunch .

    Today’s turkey special was very disappointing, a very poor quality sandwich consisting of white bread, a wafer thin slice of inferior quality “pressed” turkey, lettuce, tomato and dressing. The portion of rustic chips, which cost extra, was very standard fare, nothing rustic about them. Very poor value for money.

    Ordered chicken fajitas which was sppose to be hot and spicy which it was not. Also stated served sizzling which it was not. Lastly the wraps were crispy, so hard to wrap. Overall a poor attempt of a simple enough dish..
