   We frequent Greenhead often and we're never let down. It's warm and relaxing. Brilliant friendly service. A great choice on the menu. Steaks are cooked to perfection. The sticky toffee pudding is to die for. Good array of wines and beers too. Thank-you again Martin and Karen

   Another lovely meal it was restaurant week the was delicious as always the staff are very friendly and efficient

   Excellent value-for-money set menu as part of restaurant week. The meal was well paced, with attentive, hard working waiting staff. Food was lovely - had cheese soufflé/mussels between us for starters, then steak flatbread with roasted vegetables/porchetta/fish n chips. Dessert was apple & rhubarb crumble - all delicious.

   This was our second visit to Greenhead Hotel and to be honest the standards have constantly been high. The staff are always cheerful and polite. I find that we are never rushed with our meals. Today's meal was at a very high standard and the chef presents your meal extremely professional. Thank you

   Another wonderful experience at the Greenhead hotel. Roaring fire, spotlessly clean, lovely decor and background music. Outstanding service which compliments the delicious food perfectly. The meal we had was truly divine ! Thank you Charlotte 🙏

   Lovely friendly place for lunch with excellent food and service. Just what was needed on a wet February weekend lunch. Staff were on point and professional as well as personable and caring about their customers. A great choice of menu for different tastes and a 2or 3 course deal was offered. I had coley with a lagoustine bisque sauce and my partner had slow cooked beef cheeks which were beautifully cooked. Will be coming back.

   Staff are really friendly and the location is superb. Great value for money, plenty of parking and really calm and peaceful. Have stayed there a couple of times now and will definitely be back in the near future.

    Staff at front of house when entering were very welcoming, our table was ready for us so we sat and they came with menus and gave us time to get sorted before coming back for a drink order. Then again for food order. Everything was done with a smile. Food came and was amazing and well presented both of us cleared our plates (both had the steak frites as main then I had apple and rhubarb crumble and husband had ice-cream for pudding) Asked if everything had been ok at end of our meal which it was. Defo recommend
