We waited 50 minutes for a table which was reserved by us for 630 PM. Unacceptable. When were were seated I Asked the manager to not charge us the Corkage fee on the bottle of wine I had brought and he agreed We asked 3 times for a glass of sparking water. They are way understaffed for this level of restaurant. It took a long time to get the check and it had the corkage fee on it. They took it off and gave us a 5 percent discount. In fairness to the kitchen the food was very good but the service and organization was abysmal

Great experience, comfortable, great staff. Food was delicious. Christmas decorations during the season made it all that much more better.

Overall, the experience was a quality one. We both had the red wine gorgonzola penne topped with filet mignon and it was outstanding. The only issue with the food was the appetizer: the menu didn't indicate that the mango salsa in the mango ahi nachos contains red onions, and the flavor was really overwhelming. Our server was not engaging at all; she came by the table to get our order but didn't show any enthusiasm about making sure we had a good experience, and she never came by the table to see how our meal was. There was a musician doing acoustic covers of modern songs; the volume was appropriate, and it very nicely enhanced the ambiance.

Live music was definitely a plus. Came here for an anniversary dinner and received a free dessert which was very nice. Staff was friendly and checked in on the table frequently. Most dishes do not come with a side but we ordered a side of lobster mac n cheese, it did not disappoint. Will likely come back.
