Since 2010, Grounded's focus has been on serving great food. Our made-from-scratch philosophy & hands-on approach is evident in everything we do. We specialize in gastro-pub fare, BBQ, third-wave coffee, and delicious cocktails. Grounded’s new location at 1545 Carling, embodies everything the Grounded brand has come to represent. Grounded Carling disrupts typical expectations, described as a "hidden gem" with an innovative approach by blending automation with the human element of customer service.

Grounded's space is edgy & creative. The one-of-a-kind dining room features a mix of glass, steel and concrete, an abundance of colorful lighting, and large art pieces from talented local artists. There is a beautiful, lush patio and an abundance of free (validated) parking.

Grounded is a funky restaurant located in a high rise business tower on the edge of Carling Avenue near Kirkwood. It is well laid out, seating comfortable and you order through a QR code which was a first for our table. It was easily managed but am sure if we needed a hardcopy menu one would be available. Food was delicious and a nice selection. We found the music too loud unfortunately - not too loud that one could not converse but once some hearing loss enters the picture all music is too loud. So not a minus at the restaurant. We all agreed we would come back for the food, service and ambience.

We had such a nice dinner at Grounded Kitchen. The service was great, the owner spent time with us to make us feel welcome and the food was the chef's kiss. We had the smash burger and the chicken burger and both were scrumptious. I'd write home about the fries if I wasn't more than 5 KM away. We'll definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at Grounded Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff is attentive and friendly. The music and wall art really add to the vibe. Highly recommend!

It’s always a pleasure to come here. The owner and all staff are super friendly. We love coming for brunch or dinner. The food is fantastic!

I don’t love the experience of ordering my food through my phone while at a restaurant. It feels a little impersonal. Other than that it was great! The food was excellent, the service was good.

Went for brunch and this place does not disappoint! 10/10 will definitely plan to go again. The staff was super friendly.
