What a mess. We booked our holiday dinner well in advance. Arrived to be taken to a roomy space but was told the previous party was having issues with the grill but they had fixed and to let them know if we experience any issues. Well, 20 mins into the dinner the flame went out. After sitting around at our table for another 20 mins while they tried to fix they said we would be moved. Another wait and we are taken to a much smaller table where they had added a chair to try and squeeze us in. Absolutely no room at the table for all our dishes. I asked the manager how can we possibly make this work? He said it’s a busy holiday and there is no room for us. We just tried to cook as quickly as possible to make room. Here is what should have happened…they should have never sat us at a table where the grill was not working properly instead of them crossing their fingers and hoping for the best. It would have been better for us to wait for a table that was working. Instead, our holiday dinner with visiting relatives was ruined. The manager removed some drinks and dessert. I quite frankly do not care about any discount. We just wanted to have a nice dinner.

I go to this restaurant quite a bit. The food is always phenomenal and normally the service is too. However, it took a very long time order this time and many things were forgotten on our order. The grill was also not working as well as it normally does. This will not stop me from going as I believe this is a one off experience.

Food was delicious, and have been there several times. Only draw back from my most recent visit was that I was seated in the front, and when new guests came in, there was a cold draft that kept interrupting my/ my party’s comfort. Fortunately enough, the electric grill in front of us helped, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that. Would definitely go back again.

Great food, great setup, excellent service! Our waiter was super friendly, attentive, and changed grills frequently. We ordered the Yakuniku special for 4--food was very tasty and a good value. I was happy to be able to choose from both Kirin and Sapporo beer on tap! (I prefer Kirin.) Smokeless Japanese grill setup is excellent. Decor could be nicer, but that's a quibble. Overall, great family night dinner experience.

Very odd place, seems more Korean, not Japanese as advertised. The house sake, was not much different from plain water, very disappointing. Meat quality of the Holiday package was okay - Paid extra for waygu, this was better, but still not Japan level.. Service was not what I expected, they don't help with cooking the meats.

We went to celebrate a birthday and were rushed out by the waiter. There was no conversation as to if we needed anything or wanted anything after finishing our main course he put the bill on the table and walked away without even checking in. Then be kept standing around for us to leave. Very unprofessional .

The food was amazing along with the service. Barely any wait time. My wife loved it as well. She's already planning the next visit back
