   Overall not a bad experience. Food took way too long to come out (the table next to us sat after us and got their entrees before us) I was celebrating birthday so that was disappointing. Music was also extremely loud for a while as they had a DJ you have to practically yell. 4/10 experience

   This place was amazing from beginning to end! Live vocal artist performed while we dined and the food was amazing! I will be going back often

   Took my sister here for her birthday dinner. We had a FABULOUS time! So much so we all said we would be back! The food was amazing, the live music was a surprise and treat (he was great) Love everything about it. 10/10

   We dined here to celebrate my husband and I’s elopement that happened earlier that day. A few extra family members joined, and our reservation needed more seating and the staff was able to accommodate. My family was very thankful that even though we couldn’t all sit together we didn’t have to choose a different venue so last minute. Thanks H&W.

   I had a disappointing experience at H&W Steakhouse that could have put my health at risk. I dined in and had my steak packed to go, but when I got home and opened the bag, I found fish instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I’m allergic to seafood. A high-end steakhouse should pay attention to details, especially when handling food orders. This kind of mistake isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. If I hadn’t checked my meal before eating, it could have led to a serious allergic reaction. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant, there was no real urgency or effort to fix their mistake. This level of carelessness and lack of concern for customer safety is disappointing. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, be extra cautious here.

   Vanessa, we are sorry to hear about your experience. You must mention that you dined with a friend, and neither finished your meals. You requested to have your leftovers packed so you could take them home. Your friend ordered fish, and you had a steak. Our team brought the bags back, but each of you took the wrong bag, ending up with incorrect items. We kindly remind our guests to check their bags before leaving the restaurant, as we have no control over what happens afterward.
