    Waitress was excellent . Sangria was so good ; ordered another pitcher . Had the ropa vieja and lechon asada - both were delicious . Enjoyed the gambas and the ceviche for appeitzers . Lighting was poor . I understand that the restaurant tries to create an ambience ; however , for the individual who has limited visual acuity, reading the menu was a challenge . Music was overpowering and couldn’t hear conversation .

    There was such a wide variety of foods. What I did try was delicious. The server, Antonio, was great. He checked in on us frequently, ensuring our bottomless drinks were always full. It is definitely worth the price.

    Vastly overpriced beans and rice you’re basically paying 40 or $50 for beans and rice. This is survival food. This isn’t fancy food. I don’t know how and why people spend that much money when they come here the ambience is cool but again beans and rice plantains a piece of meat. The beans that were given on my plate was like 2 ounces if you’re charging $45 for the plate I don’t know. Give me a little bit more than 2 ounces of beans. I always find it interesting how these restaurants figure out how to charge this much for This type of food.

    Food and beverages were great as always service wasn’t the greatest it was quite slow and had to ask a a couple times for things to be brought I requested.

    Food came to us barely warm, like it was sitting out for 10 minutes before it reached us. The server wasn’t very attentive to us, so we just ate it instead of risking eating a completely cold meal. The restaurant decor and ambiance was nice, just wish our meal wasn’t served practically cold.

    It seemed like a great place, I can tell you that the food was absolutely amazing. The service was fantastic, but the noise level was absolutely unbearable.. they play the base of the music that they’re playing so loud I could not hear myself think it was horrible. You could feel the base inside your heart thumping.. our poor waitress, put us outside in the patio and it’s winter time. It is cold out there, but it was the only way that we could eat and then get out. We didn’t even have coffee. We did not have dessert. Nothing we just wanted to eat our food and get away. The music they play is not Cuban music. It was horrible. The restaurant is beautiful, but it’s definitely not a place to go and enjoy a meal and relax and talk to friends. It was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had.
