   Dinner at the Hacienda is always special due to the beautiful setting, and the mariachis. It is a bit pricey compared to other PV restaurants, but the food is very good — especially the short ribs. The sea bass is way overpriced. Definitely worth a visit to experience an old Mexican hacienda and hear the mariachis.

   A magical dining experience overlooking Puerto Vallarta Centro. Filet mignon is worth the price. Menu prices are on par with other high-end PV restaurants we have visited, but the quality, ambience and view, combined with the musical depth and talent of the mariachi band (trumpet, violins, guitars), took it to another level.

    We are regulars at the Hacienda. Unfortunately, this time service was lacking. We repeatedly had to ask for mimosas, coffee and la cuenta.

    Oops. Not okay. I am so sorry. I am very grateful that you took the time to let me know so I can address the lapse you experienced. I am very sorry that you did not have the service we both expect of the Hacienda. I will address this with the team so that it doesn't happen again. We do have some new staff and I will put more effort this week to support them in doing better. Thank you for your patronage. Your enjoyment and feedback are valued.
