Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.

To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Ik kom hier al jaren en het blijft geweldig kwaliteit van bediening en eten is super. Een plek om weer terug te komen.

Het eten was medium. De dim sum platter is een absolute aanrader, samen met de honey glazed zeebaars en de beef tenderloin. Wij hadden hoge verwachtingen van Hakkasan en het eten, maar dese werden helaas niet waargemaakt.

Good restaurant- I recommend. The food was tasty. We had a waiter who was not friendly. Perhaps because the waiters know they are going to get their 20% tip anyway. I don't understand such a policy. If the tip is "included," then isn't it just part of the bill? It creates a dynamic where the waiters just do their basic job, like ours did. And ours never smiled, nor showed any warmth to us. That dampens the evening a little bit.
