Our signature dishes included the award winning G special ramen, Ahi Poke Nachos and Karaage Japanese fried chicken. Ingredients are sourced locally from small growers and farmers including Koloa Farms free range organic brown eggs.

Ramen & Whiskey was founded in Portland Oregon 2013 where its sister restaurant has received numerous accolades and recognition as one of Portland’s top ramen shops.” We are humbled and blessed to share our style ramen and Japanese/Hawaiian inspired cuisine with locals and visitors to the Garden Isle.”

We’ve dined here twice in the last week and plan to work our way through the menu before we head home. It’s that good. The first night we went for happy hour…enjoyed the edamame , ahi poke with wonton chips, the pork belly banh mi & chicken karaage…all delicious!!! We returned and had the curry ramen…also excellent! Service by Anne and Nigel was attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Delicious and really fresh poke, salad and bao buns. Excellent service. Their menu is small but enough to choose from depending on what you like. A great value for Poipu.

Loved the location and restaurant setup. Edamame was great and non alcoholic drinks were delicious (guava spritzer and tea). I got one of the Miso ramens and it was very very salty and hard to finish. My husband got the karaage curry rice bowl and wasn’t a big fan. Wed be willing for try again and try some new items.

This is a really fun concept restaurant. And very well implemented. Our servers were both efficient and gracious. The food was delicious. And we enjoyed the drinks as well. It’s a great ambience. I recommend sitting outside if you can.

We were sat promptly by a very nice and welcoming young lady, sorry we didn’t catch her name. Sage was our server and he made very good suggestions when asked. The drinks were very good. We tried the Mai tai and an old fashioned. They had pork buns as a happy hour appetizer. It was amazing. We could have just had those for dinner and been very happy. After that we had ramen. I tried the curry ramen and my husband had the Hapa G ramen. Both were very very good. We plan on going back before our vacation is over.
