   We made Mother’s Day reservations and when we arrived we weren’t the only ones with reservations and no table. We were squished body to body in the seating area with fed up customers yelling at staff about their reservations. The reviews said there is plenty of parking and a clean salad bar but we had the opposite experience. Everything was sticky and felt dirty, we ended up leaving after being sat because it wasn’t clean enough to be charging $70 for crab and a disgusting half empty salad bar. We had higher hopes after dining at the Detroit location several times, but this was not an experience that I can recommend.

   So, our server Destiny was amazing! My husband and I had the salad bar. There should be more options for the salad. Most of the time I had to wait for them to bring out more lettuce or the crouton were empty the soup’s taste horrible just wasn’t for us! My children had the all you could eat crab. Definitely wasn’t worth $70 the first plate looked nice but after that the snow crab kept getting smaller and smaller they said the ribs taste horrible we just weren’t pleased especially for the amount that we spent

   Horrible. Never again. Our reservations were ignored and we waited in the cold "in line." We were sat, and our server forgot about us for over an hour. We had to waive down 4 different other staff members and ask for our check with the food we never received removed. The food was not removed, we were walked to a lady behind the bar who made us explain and she said "why didn't you come find me" like we know who she is. We explained that we are just begging for a proper check and begging to leave at this point and feel like they were holding us hostage. We finally had to raise our voices and say "give us a check and let us out of here!" Worst case scenario, you couldn't make this stuff up.

   They didn’t have their regular menu available, serve forgot our appetizer, lemon pepper salmon was very bland, did not have desserts available (or not offered), server did not come around but to take order, bring food and ask if we were ready for bill. We were sat right away and my husband’s steak was slightly over cooked but good

   I loved the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. The all you can eat crabs legs was the bomb as well.

   Waited 45 minutes before a waitress greeted us. My dinner partner is diabetic so it was a stressful situation. Room needed to be bussed more thoroughly

   Good food. Server was very distracted so it took a while to get our food and refills and check.

   Ashley our waitress made the experience wonderful. It was a family dinner for a Mother’s Day celebration. The food was delicious and we never waited long to get our hot food. The menu selection was overwhelmingly pleasing. You could literally order anything on the menu with the endless crab legs. Def going back!!!

    They are on Open Table but it is not connected with the seating. The hostess had no idea what I was talking about when I said I had Open Table reservations. The food was okay but not worth the price. Our waitress was really good and nice and the food always came out piping hot. We got the all you can eat, most of the food was just okay, wasn’t really seasoned.
