    Heel vriendelijke service, enorm lekker eten en gezellig om te zitten. Niet overdreven druk mar wel gezellig.

    Het eten is super lekker. Alleen de service was echt niet heel goed. Je moet lang wachten!

    We zijn vaker in het hrc geweest en altijd erg tevreden. Bediening en eten gewoon goed. Dit keer hebben we 15 tot 20 minuten gewacht aan kan tafeltje en nog werden we niet opgemerkt. Uiteindelijk kregen we contact met de manager van dit café en zij heeft het geweldig opgelost met ons door ons een gratis drankje aan te bieden en alert te zijn op de bediening de rest van de avond . Zij heeft wel er voor gezorgd dat er toch een leuke avond hebben gehad ! Het eten was weer als vanouds: lekker !

    Das essen war top, der service war sehr schlecht. Mussten lange auf bedinung warten, hatte rips und wurde nicht mal zum händeputzen etwas gegeben, die WCs bei den Damen wahren alle nass und unbrauchbar.

    Unfortunately food not of the usual international hard rock standards. Burger was tasteless, cheese rather cold and fries were stale and old.

    The food was shocking. The Leo Messi chicken burger was very over cooked and dry that I sent it back immediately. The chicken fajitas were also over cooked and dry with only 4 wraps per portion. The waiters almost ignored us and we had to go to the bar to ask for the bill. But the drinks were nice. I was in the Lisbon Hard Rock a month before, a far better experience on all fronts.
