   Beautiful restaurant. Food should have been hotter to enjoy. Would try again.

   Arrived early and they gave us the table early, used a Groupon voucher and they went through what was available to us and it was nearly all deserts. Food came quickly and looked and tasted divine. The groupon codes are great for trying out new places and I will certainly be visiting more of them in different cities

   Went for brunch but was extremely disappointed to be told upon arrival that no options from the Sando section of the menu would be available, as that was what we were hoping to eat. No alternatives offered so we were left with only 4 dishes to choose from (or granola which didn't seem much to eat for a brunch). I had the scrambled eggs in a croissant. Whilst reasonably tasty, the scrambled eggs had the colour and consistency of tuna which was strange. Overall it was nice but nothing amazing. We were given the option of tea or coffee. I was expecting a pot of tea, but instead it was one small cup each. We were going to order additional items from the menu after our brunch dish but the member of staff who cleared our table didn't ask if we enjoyed our food or ask if we would like anything else, so we just left. Overall, the restaurant ambience and decor are lovely, the service just ok, and the food not amazing.

   Unfortunately very very slow service. Took a long time for our order to be taken and then a very long time for food to arrive, with tables who ordered after us receiving their food first. Food was very bland. Spicey hash had no spice at all. I was asked how I would like my eggs and I ordered runny yoke but received well done.

   Food not value for money, was served barely warm and request for sauce to be served on the side forgotten. Toilet cubicles were locked or not accessible, no toilet paper. Over all disappointing experience

   Service is horrendous. We waited 20 mins to be seated to our pre-booked table. No menu was handed over so had to find it online to decide what to order. I asked to order twice, waited another 20 mins in total and when no one came we left. No one noticed. Ridiculously understaffed. The same guy was handling bookings, orders, making coffees and serving. Avoid.

   On the upside, the deserts were yum. On the downside, it was busy but brunch was really slow, over 30mins. Runny eggs were solid but after waiting that long there was no way we were going to argue. Pudding, then mine was served but my husbands took another 20mins even after chasing. When we said service was poor we got effectively a stockman sorry but we are just…. This was a disappointment given I’d been there a while ago and it was fab.

   Food was delicious. Salted caramel cheesecake was amazing. Lovely coffees. A wide range of items on the menu. Lovely modern venue. Served quickly by friendly helpful staff. Suitable for all ages.

   We were seated and then it took 30mins before anyone came back, this is after I went and asked someone to come take our order 2x and no-one came over after saying they would. Food also arrived before our drinks. Also they got one of our orders wrong so one person had to wait.

    Excellent brunch and cheesecake was amazing, it was my partners birthday and they wrote a special message on his dessert plate and sung happy birthday. Thank you so much excellent service and yummy food.
