Our party of 4 arrived slightly early, but we were seated right away. A server gave us menus and water. After a while our order was taken. We waited over 30 minutes for the food, even after seeing others seated after us being served. Two of the orders were cold. The server called over the manager who was very apologetic. He took the cold food and promptly replaced it with hot. (Why did the 1st order take so long??) When we got the bill, both orders were comped. KUDOS to the management!! We will DEFINITELY come back.

We had a great time. Service was fast our server Edwin was kind. Our food was really good and our drinks were great. There is a photographer there who will take your photo which is nice for memories. We were there on a Sunday at 4:30p, at around 5p a band came to play it was so nice, music was great addition.

The wings were cold. The sangria was weak. I am Not a big drinker and it was weak For me. The garlic shrimp was fantastic. Emilio a great server.

We had pre-show reservations for dinner at 6 PM. to celebrate my brother's birthday. The restaurant was understandable busy for a Saturday night when we got there. However, an hour later, we're still waiting to be seated. Finally, we are given a table only to find there's only two servers on duty trying to cover ten tables. Other customers have been waiting for half an hour to pay their bills. After waiting ten minutes we left.

Cold food, not great. Typical Times Square spot. Good drinks though. Better for that than a full dinner
