   I think the restaurant is very nice and because of its location, and surroundings, it was lovely , the weather helped also …. We had a nice family brunch. my only complaint is that it was a bit slow getting the food out and my eggs were not poached … the yolk was not edible because it was raw. I think they were short handed staff wise but I will go back .

   I understand there’s times when the business is slow. The nights my two friends and I dined here, there may have been about 3 or 4 occupied tables when we arrived and we were the last to leave. Our server was friendly, however when it came to then end of the dining experience, she completely disappeared. Is was around 9pm at this time and they were set to close at 10. The rest of the FOH staff went around turning off the fireplace, retrieving and blowing out all the candles for the tables surrounding us, etc. At one point is was total silence, one of my friends got up to see where our server was and there was no one to be found. It was only 30 minutes later that she showed up and we were able to pay and proceed with our evening. The food on the other hand… I’ve dined at two other locations and have had impeccably delicious food and service, no qualms. However, i was sorely disappointed this time and embarrassed inviting my friends to try this place for their first times. The only thing that was good were the fish tacos. Will it deter me from staying away from the Hearsay family? No. But I may not return to this location at Levy Park. :(

   Reason for the one star, I was charged a deposit but was never taken away from my final bill. I messaged the restaurant and they have yet to reply. Edit. Manager Nicole called me to rectify the issue swiftly, will definitely dine in again.

   Our original server was inattentive and we never received our cocktails after placing an order 30 minutes ago - on top of that no one ever came back to take our food order after we sat there for 30 minutes. We finally called for assistance and ended up with an amazing server.

   This is a great place to get brunch and great drinks, The bar was filled with a lot of top shelf alcohols. I really like this place and will definitely be back.
