                                                          The service was extremely slow and they weren’t busy. There were 3 of us in my party. We ordered the exact same thing and all of our orders were wrong. One friend asked for their salmon to be well done. The person who brought out the food didn’t know which plate it was. My salmon wasn’t done, so I had to send it back. Everyone was pretty much done eating by the time my fresh plate arrived. Also, the hostess would not seat me until at least one other person arrived even though I had a reservation. There were only 3 people in my party! It wasn’t like we were a big group and like I said they weren’t busy. There’s even more but I’m not going to bother. Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time!

                                                          We went here for my birthday dinner at 5:45 p.m. on 12/26/24. The place was not busy; the bar was empty. A party of five, everyone at my table, finished their meals before my meal ever came. No manager came to the table. A $400 plus dollar meal, and I left a restaurant hungry cause I didn’t get to eat. The stink from this experience will keep me from going back to this place.

                                                          I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, and while the service, ambiance, and overall atmosphere were amazing, unfortunately, the food didn't meet my high expectations. Considering the premium pricing, I was disappointed with the quality of the dishes. Hopefully, they'll improve their culinary offerings to match their exceptional service and match the prices.

Could be because of the holidays in Icon Park Orlando but we felt neglected also did not help having an 18% service charge and dining with silverware that had water spots rolled in paper napkins. Overall, expected much more considering the hype and pricing.
