It was my birthday, the food was good the service was great also, the girls were really nice and always checking if everything was ok during dinner. It was a great night for us

This is an okay place if you're in a pinch. The meat was tough and difficult to cut but their chimichurri was great and saved the steak from being completely subpar. If you're looking for a great steak I'd look elsewhere, I wish we would have. Service was fine and the building is nice/clean though.

Worst table in the room, next to the kitchen and toilet. Burger was dry as hell - never again

If i could put ZERO STARS for this service i would !!!. It was my 30th birthday and i was 20minutes late with 6 people, and they DID NOT approach me for 25minutes untill i asked them if i could order a drink, to which i was REMINDED AGAIN my booking was untill 8pm and i had to leave and they WOULD NOT be able to give serve me ny main and cake before 8pm... Even doh it was 7.12 at this moment in time..... The waitress whos name i have! LIED and said she approached my table to serve me a drink when she was talking to her collegues about me sitting there waiting on the rest of my guests to arrive. At 7.30 i recieved our mains to which my lamb was RAW! And i was told that how they cook it..... Lamb is NEVER raw, always PROPERLY COOKED .(Obv trying to rush us out the venue)....at 7.45 i recieved my cake STILL IN THE BOX with two sad candles beside it. THIS RESTUARANT IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A PLACE..... If you offer a service, you dont need to be reminded every 10 minutes that your booking is till 8pm....whos paying the bills? Them or myself !!!... Absolute disgraceful service!!! The host wasnt up to date that once you are 6 or 6+pple, you have the table foR 3HOURS !!!! I WOULD RUN FAR AWAY FROM HELLFIRE , ALOT BETTER PLACES FOR BETTER SERVICE !! ** being late, is irrelevant to this equasion if the serive was anyway decent**

Hi Nichole, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Initially, your booking was for 5 people, and we happily accommodated an increase to 7 at short notice, even on New Year’s Eve. However, only one member of your party arrived within the first hour, and when two others joined later, we were informed the party size had reduced to 3. As part of our policy, we take orders once all guests arrive, and a reduction of over half the party on such a high-demand evening posed challenges. Given the change, your reservation timeframe was adjusted to 2 hours. Sticking to timeframes is essential on busy nights to ensure all guests receive a timely experience. Despite this, our team did their best to accommodate your group and provide attentive service during the remaining time. Best Regards, Hellfire

The best meat restaurant I went to in Dublin. It’s on another level and the price level is on par with other restaurants that are have less quality.

Excellent. staff amazing. Food came out fast and hot and all delicious. Tomohawk was amazing. As was the baked octopus. highly recommend.
