Food was average. My steak was not of a quality i expected of Hereford House. Sides were all tasty and plentiful.

                                                                                                                      Had the Monday special half price prime rib. Not good. Very tough hard to cut and harder to chew. Have never left a poor review but this meat was not good. Spit 4 pieces into napkin because I couldn’t eat it. Waitress was great place looked very nice. Just shouldn’t have a special so cheap you can not provide a decent meal. Had prime rib there in the past and it was great. Suggest stop this special it isn’t helping but hurting business. It was so bad I might try it again and only order 1 and have hubby order something else just because I can’t believe this special would be that bad each week. It was both of our orders horrible

Steak was overcooked but I did not want to send back or wait for a new one since I was with a party of 4. Overall the food was not as high of quality as I recalled the last time I ate here. The server was dry as toast but did OK. Paid far more than I would expect for just an average and forgetful meal.
