   We very much enjoyed our dinner at Hervé Wine Bar, and the venue itself is unusual and attractive. Two of us shared the (very ample) bruschetta, and entrees were spicy seafood carbonara and pasta New Mexico, all very tasty. We each also enjoyed the wine flights. Hervé Wine Bar is worth another visit.

   The Hervé Wine Bar is a special place. It has Lots of atmosphere and great wine selections. The food offerings are unique and delicious.

   This was an off night for service, even though it wasn’t busy. My husband enjoyed the wine and salmon but we were charged for his bday dessert. It took a long time to place our order, and we were late for our concert. We’ve had better experiences here.

   The waiter was attentive but very slow. We were there 3 hours. I don’t know if the kitchen was behind or if there were not servers, but the service was incredibly slow!!!

   Was torn writing this review, because this place has great vibe, really good food and nice wine. This was our 2nd time to this location, both times on a Sunday early afternoon. We enjoyed our visit despite it being extremely understaffed. For the first hour, there was a single employee doing everything except cooking. We had made reservations, and he was very welcoming and pleasant, and amazingly cool considering he had no help. The service was obviously on the slow side, but we still enjoyed since were in no rush at all, but other parties around us were clearly frustrated with the lack of attention. Really like this place and want to come back, but staffing does need to be addressed!

   they were not ready for restaurant week, long waiting, nothing arrived at the same time, food was just ok but everything was cold, cheesecake was frozen, seemed like plenty of staff but little experience and no direction. we were disappointed

   Great service by our server Nick. Food was delicious and served quickly. Tasty wines. Wonderful Ambience.

   My husband and l thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with all the food items and the deserts were the final crowning glory! Thanks!

   We have promoted Herve to many friends over the last several years. The food and service of staff has declined. We went for Herve's Restaurant Week dining. The food was subpar, the service Staff was forgetful. Our party of 4 waited too long for the Wine Flight which is delivered with a metal wine carrier that doesn't fit on the table with the preset wine glasses and water glasses and appetizers. It is too congested. We unloaded the table stemware to the neighboring table to just be able to serve and eat the appetizer. We recognize that our server may have been overwhelmed with duties, inexperienced, unaware of logistics but that is Managements responsibilities, not the customer. The Manager was no where to be found to assist. We tip excessively so the server is well taken care of but it doesn't mean we will return frequently. We hope the Management knows of our displeasure of their product.

    We were seated promptly. We were here during Restaurant week, I had identified this when making reservations and had to ask for the restaurant week offerings. Nice taste of wine at first. We ordered two glasses of different wines. Wine was OK, but I'm not sure how it compares to other New Mexico wines. The server took our order - a steak dinner with an appetizer and a shrimp entree. Our food was good, but nothing outstanding. My steak was requested by a 2nd server to be refired as it wasn't to my order, and I was notified of this when the other entree was delivered. Shortly afterwards, a third server delivered a steak entree, i was assuming this was the refire. A new steak plate (correctly med-rare) arrived shortly after I had commented to my dining companion that my steak was not medium rare. So good catch by one server, but poor follow through by the staff. Overall, the experience was less than desired. Most issues revolved around wait staff inexperience and poor communication. One of our party requested a second glass of wine that was never delivered. The restaurant was not overly full, should have been a normal night, and we were early diners, at the 5 pm hour. We had 3 servers, not one of them indicated they were our server, one did apologize as we received our check. Not a stellar experience. By far our least favorite dinner in Santa Fe.
