My visit to hispania was absolutely memorable. The ambience was absolutely lovely—intimate, and perfect for a special occasion . Took my friend to hispania to celebrate his birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The squid ink, gambas, and cheesecake were absolutely to die for. To top it off, we were greeted with complimentary champagne at the start, which was such a thoughtful and celebratory touch.

We had a nice evening here. The restaurant is lovely & quiet, set in the Melia Hotel in Kensington. The staff were attentive and polite. The food was great, with excellent presentation and lovely flavors. We had an amazing evening.

This is a wonderful Spanish establishment. In summary, the food is excellent, the wine mark up is not huge like some places, the service was very welcoming and the service charge was only 8%!!! The bar and restaurant are beautifully decorated. There is a nice tapas menu for the bar area and a more substantial menu in the restaurant. We started off with a pre-dinner drink from a good selection of wines by the glass and sherries. We had dinner in the main restaurant. The atmosphere was very refined and I can now understand why they stipulate a dress code of business casual. We both had squid for starters which was nice and the flour coating very light and crispy. For the main course, we had sucking pig and milk-fed lamb. Both were well cooked with crispy skin. My lamb portion was a bit big so I could not finish it but they were very nice and packed it for me to take home. Sadly we were so full we didn't manage to have a dessert. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant, although I might try the tapas next time.

We had a fantastic experience at this Spanish restaurant in London! The food was exceptional—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout the meal.
