Hotel Bennett is absolutely beautiful. We went for Mother’s Day brunch and made the reservation for four people. The brunch was a buffet and it was not well stocked and the food was just OK. The bill came and it was $150 a person. It was my mistake to check. It would’ve been OK if the food was good and the onions in the room was basically it was a ballroom with tables and a buffet set in the middle. After having a mimosa each, we had an $800 bill basically for an omelette and a piece of prime rib

Went to the Hotel Bennett Mother’s Day brunch with my wife and our son’s family . We also celebrated my grandsons 11th birthday. The food was exceptional . I have travelled the world and this was among the best buffets I have seen . The variety and quality was truly amazing . The live music was perfect( soft and relaxing ). It was a 5 star experience.

I recently visited Hotel Bennett for their Mother’s Day brunch, filled with anticipation and excitement to celebrate this special occasion. However, my experience was marred by a significant lack of attentive service, leaving me deeply disappointed. Upon arrival, my girls and I were the first to be seated. However, as time passed, it became evident that there was no one assigned to attend to our table. We waited patiently, hoping that someone would eventually notice our presence and offer us the attention typical of a fine dining experience, especially on a day as significant as Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, that moment never came. The absence of a dedicated server meant that we had to fend for ourselves throughout the entire meal. We had to flag down passing staff members for basic needs. This not only disrupted the flow of our meal but also detracted from the celebratory atmosphere we had hoped to enjoy. What made this experience particularly disheartening was the fact that my mom, whom I had eagerly planned to treat to this brunch, couldn’t join us due to unforeseen circumstances. The disappointment of not having her with us was compounded by the lackluster service we encountered. As someone who values not just the quality of food but also the overall experience, I hope Hotel Bennett takes this feedback seriously. While the ambiance and menu offerings were promising, the service aspect fell short of expectations.

We had next to last serving time. We left after one hour and ten minutes but by that time closing activities were well under way. We were ignored for the last 20 minutes. The silverware was not changed after each course. The ambience was far below what would be expected for a celebration. The food was good except we were served very poor slices of beef and lamb. We did not feel we could linger and talk as the staff was busy breaking down the event all around us.

It was a delightful experience but I do not feel the staff were trained and ready deliver. They seemed a bit disorganized

Screaming kids, awful cold ballroom, untrained novice waiters and totally overpriced. Champagne was not even included in a $130 pp charge. But they were fast to add a 20% service charge to the bill for dreadfully untrained and slow wait staff. At least the omelets and prime rib were good. Rest of the food underwhelming!

It was very underwhelming compared to other hotel Bennett events that we’ve attended. It was maybe a step above a normal Hilton or Marriott buffet… The service was awful within 10 minutes of being there they brought us our drinks and immediately gave us the check with a 22% service charge. I felt very rushed disappointed. Santa was cool though!

It was our secong Thanksgiving at Hotel Bennett.It even better than 2022.The tables are nice and spread out.Unlike some other restaurants in the area, Hotel Bennett is not trying to pack in as many people as possible.The buffet was nicely organized ( the was an omelette station, another with chilled seafood, one with turkey, salmon, and pork roast that was sliced as you request, a table with all the fixings, another with fruit and desert.The staff was very attentive. I am sure that I am leaving something out. We plan to return next Thanksgiving.
